I wake up some mornings with some pretty bad lower back pain and it really sucks. I injured by back when I was a Junior and then again when I was working for the City of Federal Way. Turns out that there isn't anything that any doctors can do. I spent a few months visiting a Chiropractor and it REALLY helped, I don't think I ever didn't believe in them but if I ever had a doubt, that was taken away after visiting Dr. Steve Wilson in Dupont they guy was fantastic! It has been months since I have been to the Chiropractor and I've been starting to experience some pain in my lower back again (the reason why I am at home right now and not at work). I know that I am having the pain because I have not been doing the stretches that he asked me to do nor have I paid attention to my back when I am lifting things... no good.
My Plan
After working out from now on I will spend 10 minutes stretching my lower back. I really don't want to do this but I know if I don't I will continue to be in pain and let alone end up being 50 and flippin crippled.
